I love horses and have four of them to keep me busy. I enjoy trail riding now, but I have had a long time standing in the Show World of Quarter Horses and Paint Horses. I also love to garden and cook and of course living in Northen California Wine.
As you know the economy has changed, so has Real Estate. Currently, I have been working a great deal with Short Sale and Foreclosure properties. Along with Real Estate, I also work with clients who are interested in understanding and discussing issues with their mortgages, home values pertaining to property taxes and with many that need help to lower their property tax. I began my career at Century 21: Haley & Associates for 7 years and worked with Barb Loftis. Our “Loftis- Moore Team” partnership proved to be very successful, producing many prestigious awards and rewards. However, the real reward is the number of client/friendships that we made and the great memories of their trust and support. This knowledge and experience gives me the energy to reach out to those who could benefit by becoming my clent/friend. I also managed the GreatWest GMAC Real Estate Elk Grove office for a couple years before finding my destination here at Realty World Platinum.
